My anxiety scares me
The only thing my anxiety
Never questioned death
Despite having plans
That includes the whole alphabet
From A to Z
When I wanted to die
There was never a second thought
My mind was at peace with it
No inkling of doubt
And this is what scares me

Unafraid of taking the fall
Yet always worried about
Imaginary conversations
A coward when it comes to
Unscripted conversations
When I contemplate about the end
My anxiety is weakened

And it scares me now
Knowing my anxiety is willing
To be silenced
Along with me
